Frequently asked questions
How do you play dreidel?
Everyone puts a coin or chocolate gelt in the middle. Spin the dreidel: nun means nothing happens, gimel means take everything, hey means take half, and shin means add one to the middle.
When is Hanukkah?
Hanukkah follows the Hebrew calendar, so the dates change every year. It begins on the 25th of Kislev and usually falls in late November or December.
