About the left or right wheel
Turn a drive or a walk into an adventure: at every junction, spin to decide whether to go left or right. It’s a fun way to explore a new neighborhood or city. Stay safe: spin before you reach the turn, never while you’re driving.
Ways to use it
- Random road trip: spin at each intersection (passenger spins).
- City walk: explore streets you’d never normally choose.
- Games and mazes that need a coin-flip direction.
Is left or right really 50/50?
Yes. Left and Right are two equal slices, and the result is picked at random before the wheel starts turning. Each spin is independent: three Lefts in a row happen about one time in eight (12.5%), so a streak is normal and not a sign of bias.
Going for a left-or-right walk
A random walk is a fun way to explore a neighbourhood, a park or a new city. At every junction one person spins and the group goes that way. Agree on a time limit and a meeting point before you start, stay on paths and pavements, and stop spinning when it is time to head back.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add "straight" as an option?
Yes. Type "Straight ahead" on a new line and it becomes a third slice with equal odds.
Is it safe to use while driving?
Only if a passenger spins. Never use your phone while driving: decide the next turn before you reach it.
Is the wheel really random?
Yes. The winner is chosen by your browser’s random number generator before the wheel starts turning, and every slice has the same chance.
Can I save or share my wheel?
Click "Save" to keep the wheel in My wheels in this browser, or "Share wheel" to copy a link that opens your exact list on any device.
